![]() Chadwick received her Master of Business Administration in Healthcare from California Coastal University, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina, and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. While in that position, Chadwick also served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Hawai‘i Cancer Consortium for the University of Hawaiʻi Cancer Center.īefore joining Queen’s, Chadwick held administrative positions at Hawai‘i Pacific Health and worked in both clinical and administrative capacities at Kuakini Health System. Because West O‘ahu has the largest Native Hawaiian community in the state, a key aspect of Chadwick’s role will be to work in tandem with the Queen’s Native Hawaiian Health Program as well as with other stakeholder organizations to develop programs and services to improve the health and well being of Native Hawaiians. In this new role, Chadwick will serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team for Queen’s and as the senior executive overseeing the operations of QMC-West O‘ahu. Chadwick will succeed Susan Murray who will be retiring in March 2022.
